RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM

THINGS TO CONSIDER IN RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days after you receive your order. Exchange and refund requests after the legally recognized 14-day period will not be approved.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges on discounted products are the responsibility of the customer.
- There is no return or exchange options for showroom sales.
When making a return/exchange;
- Please ensure that the product is unworn and that the tag and protective band are intact. Products with removed tags or protective bands will be considered worn and deformed, and returns will not be accepted.
- Make sure the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Belt, buckle, etc. that come with the product. Make sure the accessories are complete. - Make sure you get a cargo tracking number from the cargo company.
- You can request an exchange only for the sizes of the same product.
If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund process will be completed by Occleus within 1-5 business days and forwarded to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-5 business days on average, this process may take longer depending on your bank. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.
